Further Proof that the Dems are the divisive ones

--posted by Tony Garcia on 3/20/2005

Here is proof again that the Dems engage in the divisive rhetoric, though they constantly claim that disagreement in policy is divisive.

Dean calls the Republicans "brain-dead". Now, that if that is not antagonistic then I will have to ramp up my rhetoric to match.

Name one social issue the Democrats have put on the table that has crippled the national dialogue in the same way gay marriage or Terry Schiavo.

The Iraq War was an issue all Americans could agree on with consensus? Tax cuts for the wealthiest 1% brought people in from both sides?

Dean is talking about forming a real opposition party in America - thus creating a serious national dialogue. The Republicans have been able to win elections by constantly distracting the nation in Election years, thus not taking on serious issues like the deficit, energy, and healthcare - because the Republicans (and Democrats to a slightly lesser extent) are parties bought and paid for by wealthy tax cheats, the oil industry, and HMOs.
