US population hits 300,000,000

According the US Census Bureau US Population Clock (found here) the United States population has a net increase of 1 person every 12 seconds.
As of 5/6/2005 at 11:08 AM (24 seconds) the population of the United States will be exactly 300,000,000.

Can we kick the Irish now? We have enough people to cover their workloads.
Kick them out I mean, but kicking them would also be fun.
Any word on how many of these are illegal or legal??? That would be worth posting!!!!
No word, but I am thinking that this is only including citizens.
